考GRE如何避免尿急
额,个人经验哈。
前一天晚上睡觉前多喝水,一方面保水,另一方面让你可以憋尿早起!早起是很重要的,很多人考前一个小时才起床,然后吃饭喝水神马的,正好考试期间消化,消化过程中因为供血在胃部,所以大脑供血不足,会感到疲劳,注意力不集中,反而影响很大。同时某种“固体”和“液体”就在考试期间酝酿完成,你懂得。。。
起床以后,再补充一大杯水,之后到考前都不要喝了。尽量在进考场前半小时,提前一个小时更好,用完早膳。这样在半小时内食物消化的就差不多了,在这个时候,把膀胱和肠子里面的东西“清理”一下就行了,这样你可以放心的进考场。早上吃饭的时候液体食物,如稀饭、牛奶、豆浆都控制在一碗或者一杯就可以了。
考试中间休息的十分钟先去排泄,然后多吃固体食物,液体类的还是少喝,主要是送食物下肚用。
本人就是用这种方法,无论考托还是鸡阿姨这种方法屡试不爽~
新GRE考试中场休息能吃东西吗
可以吃,一般要求十分钟 但是你稍微耽搁一点是没事的,电脑计时结束后并不会开始考试,要老师输入密码什么的才能继续考试的,所以这点不用担心。吃点自带的面包啊什么的,水不要喝太多,不然考试想上厕所,考试时间是不会停的。
GRE全机考全机考的考试形式,长达3:45分钟左右,让学生觉得十分疲惫,考生需要如何做准备去适应?
我当时练习时候是按照上午10点到下午2点进行练习,中间不吃饭,我考前的半个月都是这个作息时间,考试时候比较适应。其实到考试时候,还是会感觉累,但是之前的练习绝对是又效果的。
你可以试试,因为如果不适应中午不吃饭的话,还是比较难过的。。
