This is partly because people are more affluent and party due to the variety of grants and scholarships which are available for overseas students nowadays. Although foreign study is not something which every student would choose, it is an attractive option for many people.
Studying overseas has a number of advantages. Firstly, it may give students access to knowledge and facilities such as laboratories and libraries which are not available in their home country. Furthermore, by looking abroad students may find a wider range of courses than those offered in their country’s universities, and therefore one which fits more closely to their particular requirements.
On the other hand, studying abroad has a number of drawbacks. These may be divided into personal and professional. Firstly, students have to leave their family and friends for a long period. Furthermore, studying abroad is almost always more expensive than studying at one’s local university. Finally, students often have to study in a foreign language, which may limit their performance and mean they do not attain their true level.
In my opinion, however, the disadvantages of studying abroad are usually temporary in nature. Students who study abroad generally become proficient in the language quite soon and they are only away from their family and friends for a year or two. Furthermore, many of the benefits last students all their lives and make them highly desirable to prospective employers.

His immediate reaction when dealing with his counterparts and Chinese business clients made him feel that he was a fish out of water. He was regarded too polite and too frank. To be concluded, in cultural aspect, the multi-cultural society enables people to enlarge their horizon day by day. Naturally, it would boost the international links among countries. Then one will have a fully awareness of the globalization. Nevertheless, not every student or individual can bear the cultural shock when they are aboard. In terms of that, the discrimination gives rise to the some psychological issue at the same time such as loneliness and homesickness.
All in all, my point of view on this issue is manifest. And going oversea has more advantages than disadvantages for sure.

There are two main reasons why this kind of crimes is on the increase. Firstly, violence on the internet, TV programs and video games is responsible for this situation. It is because youngsters, unlike adults, are lack of abilities to distinguish right from wrong. Therefore, too much violence in the virtual world could render young people aggressive. As a result, they, more often than not, consider violence as the main or even only way to solve problems, thereby leading to crimes. Secondly, low employment rate in many big cities around the world could be another major reason. Most countries are experiencing economic plateau or even backwards due to global economic crisis occurring a few years ago. Consequently, many businesses and factories have decided to cut off their staff or ten d to employ experienced workers over young graduates. This means some youngsters become jobless spontaneously once they graduate. Some of them even turn to commit crimes to make a living or get revenge on society.
In order to solve the problem, some main methods are advised accordingly. The first solution is to apply censorship and classification in issuing programs. This means governments or non-governmental organizations should censor the violent and prostitute contents of programs and label them such as "adult only" or "viewers excluded below 14" before programs are publicized. This would help to keep youngsters from too much violence on programs away. Another method is to carry out free job training programs designed closely related to the demand of the job market. After training, youngsters, more of ten than not, can expect better chances of being employed. Other ways could include tax-reduction policy for university graduates self-employment, providing paid social service positions for youngsters, etc.
To conclude, methods such as censorship on programs and free job training for youngsters are strongly recommended too much violence on programs and low employment.

Generally, those teens who display the weakest attachment to their parents and families are far more likely to engage in inappropriate activities.
In addition, there is no denying that the violence in the media can bring about an increase in the rate of youth crimes. To be specific, some violent TV programs and computer games may negatively influence youngsters' mental growth and development. Those who watch a large amount of simulated violence, particularly in video games, can become immune to it and more inclined to act violently.
How to punish those juvenile delinquents should depend on the specific situations. For example, for teenage minor crimes like vandalism, fighting, graffiti or theft, the law can compel these young people to repair damaged articles, make apologies or compensations, and do voluntary community services. Nevertheless, For serious crimes like homicides, those teens who commit felonies should be penalized severely as adults.
In conclusion, individual, family and social elements are significant reasons that cannot be ignored in juvenile delinquency. In reality, juveniles may be exposed to all the three factors above simultaneously. Therefore, punishments should be different in the light of factual conditions.

On one side, bicycle sharing makes it very convenient of people traveling. You can find a bicycle anywhere at any time when you want to go out for a cycling, and the price of one trip is very low. It cansave time for people. On the other side, its management is not perfect. Even kids can open the lock and ride the bicycle, there is no doubt that such behavior is very dangerous. What's more, many people deliberately break it, like throw it to the river or destroy the code above it.

In order to recover a balance between working and living, I think there should be combinative efforts of social laws, companies and individuals. In my view, peers bring more negative influences on a youngster than the positive ones, and my reasons would be explored as below.

Actually, for the purpose of receiving the social acceptance, young people might consciously compel them to approve of and comply with ideas, views and behaviors of other peers, instead of obeying their inner hearts. One typical example is lifestyle. Admittedly, to some extent, the influence of peers is valuable, because a moderate peer pressure can sharpen good qualities of the youth. In addition, when a child knows his or her friends have a habit of reading books in library regularly, he or she will feel tempted to do so. Therefore, a positive impact of peers can help to keep a child on a right track.
In conclusion, risks from peer pressures are over the benefits. Although children can be driven by pressures of classmates to work hard in school education, the adverse effects of such pressure on depersonalizing teenagers and forming ill behaviors and illegal minds among them should never be underestimated.

Side effect of the punishment can be low self-confidence in a child and consequently lack of motivation in studying, in having hobbies, in creating new games or activities. In many cases, this poor parenting skill can exert a bad impact on children by experience of serious reprocessing, with its evident contribution to children’s mental illness. Several studies showed that most frequent physical punishment with maltreatment maybe lead to depression, juvenile crimes and even suicide. What is more, Children might be afraid of the punishment so much that it prevents them from making new friends, sharing their ideas and being themselves after all.
In conclusion, I consider physical punishment should be applied in a very proper and cautious way, on which it can well correct children's misbehaviors and thoughts, as well as build up positive personalities like respectfulness, mindfulness and modesty. However, what its overuse come with is unacceptable, including child abuse, broken family ties, aggressive tempers and low self-esteem.

Finally, on the national level, the thriving of fast long-distant traveling and communication would destroy cultural identities of a country. For example, fast airplanes bring more foreigners to a region or a country for cross-border meetings and tours. In order to meet the needs and tastes of these new comers, local old buildings are replaced by modern skyscrapers, and traditional cuisines are replaced by western fast food like McDonald. What is more, advertisements and videos of a pop culture on the Internet, from Hollywood movies to rock music, from Paris fashions to online games, draw all attention of the public in any local area. In other words, under the influence of the Internet which plays a role of cultural invader, people will lose the interests and respects in their local culture.
In conclusion, adverse consequences of a fast-paced world are undeniable, including an unbalanced lifestyle, environmental problems caused by airplanes and telecommunication, and the disappearance of a local culture.
